“But my life isn’t interesting!” many people who want to write memoir tell me. Join Mimi Schwartz for a workshop that focuses on the ways that personal narrative is enriched by history—be it family legacies, neighborhood landmarks, or the social history that shapes us. Through readings, discussion, and in-class exercises, participants discover new strategies for writing their life stories in ways that friends, family or strangers will want to read on.
The workshop will be held at The Ford House on the campus of SNHU.
Registration: Registration is open to all levels, limited to 14 students. Register online to ensure your spot in the class.
Cost: $50 for NHWP members; $75 for non-members.
