Ducks, Newburyport Read Along

As soon as we heard about Ducks, Newburyport, by Lucy Ellmann, we were intrigued. The intrigue built as the book was longlisted and then shortlisted for The Booker Prize. A 987-page, one-sentence long novel of our times? Yes, please. This will be our fall into winter reading project and we want you to join us so we can discuss it with you. If you’re not sure if this is a book for you, just read Parul Seghal’s review in The New York Times. 50 pages a week seems doable to us and hopefully to you, too! Comments on this post will be left open for discussion. We’d love to hear your thoughts as you read along with us.
